Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas

The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) is a non-profit organization based in Bismarck, North Dakota, that supports health centers in their mission to provide access to high-quality, affordable healthcare to communities across the Dakotas. CHAD works with health centers, community leaders, and partners to increase access and improve healthcare services in underserved areas.
