Woodlands Development and Lending

Woodlands Development Group is a community development organization based in Elkins, West Virginia, that has been supporting housing, economic development, and small business initiatives in north central West Virginia since 1995. The organization provides access to capital and technical assistance to businesses and non-profit organizations in underserved communities through its community lending program.
