Women’s Care Center

Women's Care Center is a non-profit organization that provides free and confidential counseling, support, and education to pregnant women in Bismarck, North Dakota, and across 12 states. The center offers free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds to help determine viability and gestational dates, but does not provide prenatal medical care or abortions.
