How do I return an item?

For pick-up orders placed online, the returns window begins when the customer is notified that their order is ready for pickup. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping and should use an insured and traceable method, as the store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.

Accepted Answer

Special order items that are not normally carried by the store and have been ordered specifically at the customer's request may not be returned or exchanged. Items that are out of print or otherwise not salable, such as last year's calendars or superseded editions, are also not eligible for returns. Local consignment items and cafe items cannot be returned.
