Senior Concerns-Conejo Valley

Senior Concerns is a private, non-profit organization established in 1999 and based in Thousand Oaks, California. The organization is dedicated to serving the senior community, particularly frail and special-needs individuals, as well as their caregivers, by providing a variety of programs and services to help keep families together and seniors active and in their homes for as long as possible.
