They also provide services for painting decks, porches, balconies, and fencing. Additionally, they can repair and paint doors, windows, siding, trim, and shutters.

River City Painting is different because the owner, Tom Van Holt, will be doing the work himself, possibly with an assistant. The company only uses Sherwin-Williams' highest-grade paint, and their contracts are short, simple, and tailored to the customer's needs.

Accepted Answer

River City Painting can perform a variety of pre-paint repairs, including restoration or replacement of wood rot and animal damage, carpentry work for trim, porches, and some siding, caulking, window glazing, and the scraping and sealing of blistered paint. While they cannot repair everything, they encourage customers to ask about their repair capabilities.

Accepted Answer

According to the website, River City Painting's estimates include the painting of the customer's mailbox, carriage lamps, and house numbers. The company also includes the replacement of high light bulbs in their estimates.
