International Education Council

The International Education Council (IEC) is a non-profit association based in Washington, D.C. that closely tracks issues and policies affecting international education, particularly those dealing with student financial aid. IEC represents and assists institutions of higher education outside the United States that wish to participate in U.S. federally supported student loan programs.
