Cassia

Cassia, a faith-based, nonprofit organization, provides housing, healthcare, and community services to older adults in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, Colorado, and Florida. Formed in 2018 by the merger of Augustana Care and Elim Care, Cassia offers a range of services, including independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, adult day services, rehabilitation, hospice, and home care, with a focus on providing healing, compassion, and renewal to its community members.
