Café El Dorado is a Colombian bakery located in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Established in 1981 by the Camacho family, the bakery specializes in authentic Colombian baked goods, including buñuelos, pandebono, and pan de queso. After a fire in 2014, the bakery reopened in its current location, continuing the family's legacy and serving the local community with a variety of comfort food and desserts.
