Community Action Agency of Delaware County

The Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Upper Darby Township, Pennsylvania. Established in 2002, the agency employs approximately 51 people and has been serving the economically disadvantaged residents of Delaware County for over 30 years. The agency's mission is to assist residents in achieving economic self-sufficiency and to strengthen the community through innovative programs in housing, workforce development, energy conservation, social services, and community and economic development.
