Baker Industries

Baker Industries is a nonprofit workforce development program based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that has been serving hard-to-employ adults since 2000. The organization provides outsourced labor solutions, including packaging, assembly, kitting, shrink-wrapping, and mailing, to help its participants build work skills, self-esteem, and hope for sustained success in the workforce.
