Zitz Sum

Zitz Sum is a seasonal Miami restaurant located in Coral Gables, Florida. The restaurant is inspired by the flavors and techniques of Japanese cuisine, interpreted through the lens of Italian ingredients and Chef Pablo Zitzmann's personal cooking style. Zitz Sum has been recognized with a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand award and a James Beard Foundation semifinalist nomination for Best New Restaurant in 2022.
