Zacatecas Cafe

Zacatecas Mexican Cafe is a family-owned restaurant in Riverside, CA, that has been in operation since 1963. Founded by Oscar and Josephine Medina, the restaurant continues to be operated by their second-generation owners, Vicky and Jon Medina, who serve the same recipes developed by the original founders. The restaurant has evolved from its humble beginnings with three tables and twelve bar stools to its current location, where it continues to offer authentic Mexican cuisine to the local community.
