Weights & Plates is a barbell gym and coaching facility located in Phoenix, Arizona. The gym is equipped with high-quality strength training equipment, including Rogue power racks, Eleiko competition bars, and a variety of specialty bars and plates. The gym is owned and operated by Robert Santana, a registered dietitian and Starting Strength coach, who has over 17 years of experience in strength training and nutrition.
