Winston Dillard Water District

The Winston-Dillard Water District is a municipal utility that has served the community since its establishment in 2009. Located in Winston, OR, the district provides safe and reliable drinking water to approximately 2,500 connections and 8,300 residents. Utilizing the South Umpqua River as its main water source, the district operates 5 water reservoirs with a total capacity of 2.75 million gallons and 128 miles of water pipeline.
