Valley Affordable Housing Corporation

Valley Affordable Housing Corp. (VAHC) is a non-profit organization based in Cumberland, RI that acquires, develops, and manages affordable housing properties in Rhode Island and other areas. VAHC has a nine-member volunteer board of directors and a subsidiary, Pinnacle Property Management LLC, which oversees the management of the organization's multifamily residential real estate portfolio.
