Uprise Gymnastics, formerly known as Discover Gymnastics, has been based in York, NE, United States for many years. The company offers a variety of gymnastics classes for individuals from 18 months old to adulthood, providing a fun, pressure-free environment that teaches fundamental skills, social skills, and life skills. Uprise Gymnastics participates in the Amerikids Gymnastics program, which focuses on educating and improving the gymnastics community, and the company plans to host its own annual meet starting in 2025.
