Glass Factory

The Glass Factory is a newly constructed retail and office building located in Morgantown, West Virginia, less than a mile from West Virginia University's Evansdale campus. The building features high-end finishes, ample parking, and a retro design that pays homage to the area's history in glass manufacturing. Tenants are not required to pay business and occupation tax or city licenses or fees, and the building boasts a high traffic count due to its location on one of the major roads accessing Interstate 79. An electric vehicle charging station is also available for users at no cost.
