Founded in 2010 by owners Fei and Jian Zhang, the restaurant combines the sweetness of Cantonese dishes with the spice of Thai cuisine, using family recipes and local ingredients. Offering a variety of signature cocktails, sushi, and a catering menu, Sweet Chili Bistro has been voted Bozeman's best Asian restaurant every year since its opening.
