C-SPAN's StudentCam is an annual national video documentary competition that encourages middle and high school students in the United States to create short films exploring issues relevant to their communities and the nation. The competition awards $100,000 in cash prizes to the top 150 student filmmakers, and the submission deadline is on Inauguration Day.
