Stake Chophouse & Bar is a boutique steakhouse located in Coronado, California, just across the bridge from downtown San Diego. Under the direction of Executive Chef Matt Sramek, the restaurant offers a menu showcasing the finest cuts of USDA Prime, American Wagyu, and Japanese A5 Wagyu, as well as fresh seafood, complemented by seasonal, locally inspired sides. Stake has earned the prestigious Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence for nine consecutive years, making it one of only three steakhouses in San Diego to receive this recognition.
