SPARC (Skagit Preschool & Resource Center)

Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) is a non-profit organization based in Mount Vernon, Washington, that provides services for children, birth to five years of age, who have neuromuscular or developmental delays, disorders, or chronic medical conditions.
