Somerville Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Somerville, Massachusetts. Established in 2012, the company operates a chocolate CSA program that allows people to engage with the chocolate-making process through curated bar "harvests." In addition to the CSA, Somerville Chocolate offers a selection of bars for direct purchase or through local specialty stores, many of which have evolved from past CSA offerings.
