Scarborough Fair is a charming restaurant located in Sea Girt, New Jersey, established in 2021. The restaurant prides itself on using only the finest and freshest locally-grown, sustainable, and organic ingredients, including humanely-raised organic meats and poultry, as well as wild-caught fish and shellfish. The original building, a working farmhouse from the mid-1850s to the 1970s, has been transformed into the most romantic locale in Central New Jersey.
