Sanjusan is a Japanese-Italian restaurant located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Established in 2021, the company currently employs approximately 150 people. Sanjusan offers an Omakase experience on the second floor, as well as a more casual Japanese menu including udon, donburi, and temaki on the main floor.
