The Council on Patient Safety in Women's Health Care was a multidisciplinary organization convened by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in 2011. Over its ten-year tenure, the Council included representatives from 19 member organizations and patient advocates, working to develop tools and resources aimed at improving women's healthcare.
