Rowlett Economic Development

The City of Rowlett, Texas, has an Economic Development Department that serves customers from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, starting October 2, 2023. The department oversees various initiatives, including the Sapphire Bay mixed-use development, a $1 billion project featuring a lagoon, resort, and entertainment offerings, as well as other programs and incentives to attract businesses and promote economic growth in the community.
