Regional Occupational Center

ROC & CTEC is a career education program located in Bakersfield, California, that serves high school junior, senior, and adult students as part of the Kern High School District. The program offers both daytime and evening programs, as well as entrepreneurship resource centers and student success centers, to help students prepare for success in their future careers.
