The Restorative is a New American restaurant located in Dunedin, Florida, that was established in 2016. The restaurant is known for its ever-changing menu, with husband-and-wife chef owners Jason and Erin "Cricket" Borajkiewicz creating a small menu that changes two to three times a week. The Restorative has been recognized as one of the top restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, receiving accolades such as being named the #1 Restaurant in Tampa Bay in 2019 by Creative Loafing.
