AMAR Restaurant is a Peruvian and Mexican fusion kitchen located in El Paso, Texas. The idea for the restaurant was born from the blending of these two cultures within the owners' family, which inspired the creation of a menu featuring a unique combination of flavors, techniques, and dishes. AMAR aims to provide a warm, cozy, and casual dining experience, where guests can immerse themselves in the tastes of Peru and Mexico.
