The Nightingale Quarter is a new residential development located in Derby, United Kingdom. Covering over 18.5 acres, the development features 925 new homes, six acres of green open space, a cycle path, and a children's outdoor play area. The development also includes the restoration of the iconic Victorian "Pepperpot" buildings, which will house a residents' gym and a bar and restaurant.
