Prince William Sound Aquaculture

Prince William Sound Aquaculture Corporation (PWSAC) is a private, non-profit hatchery association located in Cordova, Alaska. Founded in 1974, PWSAC produces hatchery-born, ocean-raised wild salmon for the commercial, sport, personal use, and subsistence fisheries in the Prince William Sound and Copper River regions. PWSAC employs approximately 51 people and has a significant economic impact, contributing to over 1,400 jobs and generating an annual output of over $192 million.
