Question 1

What types of Pilates classes are offered at Levity Loft?

Accepted Answer

Levity Loft offers both group reformer and mat Pilates classes. Question 2

How can I get started with Pilates at Levity Loft?

Question 3

What is the history and philosophy behind the Pilates method?

Accepted Answer

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates, who grew up in war-torn Germany and later fled to the U.S. as Hitler gained power. Accepted Answer

No, no experience is required for either the group reformer or mat Pilates classes at Levity Loft. The classes are open to beginners as well as longtime Pilates enthusiasts, and the instructors are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
