PHIT Performance

PHIT is a small-town community gym located in Stowe, Vermont. Established 20 years ago, the gym provides fitness opportunities to locals and visitors, offering a well-equipped facility, experienced trainers, and a variety of classes including self-defense, boxing, and Krav Maga.
