Pedacitos is a Puerto Rico-based company that was founded in 2010 by Eileen Torres. Initially named "Pedacitos de Azúcar," the company has evolved over the years and now offers a variety of artisanal cookies, including guava, coconut, lemon, and pumpkin flavors, which have become customer favorites.
