Paramount Cafe

The Paramount Café is a quaint, century-old café located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The café offers fresh-roasted coffee, pastries, and light fare, and has been voted the best coffee shop in the state. The business is locally owned and operated by Renee and Jon Jelinek, who also own several other downtown Cheyenne establishments, including a coworking space, a ballroom, and a cocktail lounge.
