Paragus is a real estate development and construction company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Established in 1988, the company primarily operates in central Indiana, offering services in real estate development, construction, and property management. Paragus is privately owned by two of its founders, Andy Freiburger and J.R. Freiburger, who have a family history in the construction industry dating back to 1971.
