Palmetto Community Health Care

Palmetto Community Health Care (PCHC) is a nonprofit organization based in Rock Hill, South Carolina that provides free and compassionate healthcare services to medically uninsured adults aged 18-64 in York and Lancaster counties. PCHC offers management of chronic conditions, treatment for acute illnesses, preventive screenings, and other essential medical services to eligible residents within the 250% federal poverty level.
