Over The Deep End - Aqua Fitness & Swimming Lessons

Over the Deep End is a water fitness studio located in Strathroy, Ontario, Canada. The facility offers a variety of aqua fit classes for all abilities, including gentle classes for seniors, beginner classes, and more intensive bootcamp and yoga-inspired sessions.
