Online Professional English Network (OPEN)

The Online Professional English Network (OPEN) is a program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and administered by FHI 360. It provides global online courses, massive open online courses (MOOCs), and webinars to support professional English language development. The program offers an alumni community of practice and resources for open partners.
