OneHeart is a non-profit organization located in Rapid City, South Dakota, that aims to empower people in crisis to overcome challenges and achieve self-sustainability. The organization provides transitional housing and co-locates various services, including addiction and mental health counseling, life skills training, and job preparation, to help their neighbors without homes move into permanent housing and a better quality of life.
