National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney

The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) is a national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy. Formed in 1992, NACBA has over 1,500 members across the United States and Puerto Rico, providing its members with educational programs, advocacy efforts, and a platform for networking and collaboration.
