Question 1

What is the company's mission?

Accepted Answer

The company's mission is to help each person reach their optimum physical goals. The movement coach conducts a thorough assessment and designs an individualized plan, which includes corrective exercises, functional movement patterns, and strength training, to help each person experience a functional body and overcome chronic injuries, improve sports performance, recover from surgery, lose weight, and move through the day with greater ease and comfort.

Question 2

What is the importance of training the brain in movement?

Accepted Answer

The company believes that since muscles do not have a brain, they do not have memory. Instead, movement patterns are learned, processed, and remembered in the brain. Therefore, it is imperative to train the brain in order to improve abilities such as getting in and out of a chair, overcoming chronic injuries, or improving functional movements like squatting.

Question 3

What is the company's approach to individualized training?

Accepted Answer

The company takes a personalized approach to each client's needs. After a thorough assessment, the movement coach designs an individualized plan that includes corrective exercises, functional movement patterns, and strength training tailored to the client's specific goals and needs.

Question 4

What are the key benefits of working with the movement coach?

Accepted Answer

By working with the movement coach, clients can experience a functional body that overcomes chronic injuries, improves sports performance, recovers from surgery, loses weight, and moves through the day with greater ease and comfort. The company's focus on training the brain, rather than relying on "muscle memory," helps clients develop more effective and sustainable movement patterns.
