Mushin Self Defense

Mushin is a mixed martial arts gym located in North Salt Lake, Utah. The gym offers a variety of classes, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and a kids' karate program. Mushin has been providing professional instruction in these martial arts disciplines for over 20 years, with the goal of helping students of all levels develop skills, discipline, and self-confidence.
