Mississippi Board of Optometry

The Mississippi State Board of Optometry is the licensing and regulatory body for the optometric profession in the state. It was created by the legislature to protect the public from incompetent or negligent optometric practice. The board formulates rules and regulations that govern and enforce the laws granting the privilege to practice optometry.
