Modern Diner

The Modern Diner is a historic restaurant located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, United States. Recognized as the first diner in the nation to be accepted on the National Register of Historic Places, the Modern Diner is known for its classic diner fare and ever-changing breakfast specials. The restaurant is housed in a customized and factory-built Sterling Streamliner, a line of "modernistic" diners manufactured in the late 1930s and early 1940s.
