Mirisata

Mirisata is a counter-service restaurant in Portland, Oregon, that features authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The menu offers traditional vegetarian dishes and veganized versions of curries, short eats, roti, kottu, and deviled dishes. Mirisata is a worker-owned cooperative with nine members, four of whom are Sri Lankan, bringing family traditions and recipes to the kitchen.
