Milpa is a Mexican restaurant located in Las Vegas, Nevada that is dedicated to highlighting the richness of vegetables and grains in its cuisine. Inspired by the traditional "milpa" farming system, the restaurant uses sustainable heirloom corn masa for its dishes, from tacos to tetelas, and also offers a "serious" coffee program.
