Butte County Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota is a non-profit organization located in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, that provides nutritious meals to over 3,500 people in 64 communities throughout western South Dakota. The organization employs approximately 76 individuals and relies on over 40 volunteers daily to deliver meals to home-bound seniors and facilitate congregate dining in the region.
