Berkeley 2000 Recreation Center

The Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board is a chartered governmental organization in West Virginia, established in 1970. It is unique in the state, comprising three foundation agencies and managing 18 public parks, two indoor recreation centers, and two public swimming pools, serving the growing community's recreational needs.
